Tom's first Live release, Live! McCurdy's Comedy Theater, is not the crispest sound quality; it is not carefully edited… It was recorded on my Sony mini disc recorder sitting on a table in the club. I wanted to put a show on CD that more represents where I am at as a comedian. This is the last CD that will contain the majority of this material. Very rarely do I leave the stage feeling I succeeded in doing what I wanted to do. This show I did.
